Abstract

The article explores the possibilities of achieving the main goals of the regional policy in modern realities on the example of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The problems of balancing the regional budget and the possibility of achieving budget sufficiency through the use of both horizontal and vertical alignment mechanisms are considered. A set of measures is proposed to help solve this problem.
