Ten years to the commonwealth of the BRICS: new mechanisms for regulation of foreign trade relations

Abstract

Article is devoted ten years’ foreign trade relations of the countries BRICS, search and selection of innovative mechanisms of regulation not only the present activity of commonwealth, but also expansion and strengthening of the foreign trade communications of these countries in the future. Taking in attention of research and the fact, that other countries which are not consisting in the given union are interested in commonwealth BRICS, authors come to conclusion that internal innovative reorganization of operating mechanisms in regulation of relations of Russia with the countries BRICS is necessary to the Russian economy, etc., namely: a new legislative basis for development of the international business.
