Abstract

The article deals with the problem of modern legitimization of scientific, scientific-technical and innovative activities. The analysis of features of these types of activities is presented. Identified and the necessity of the legislative branch of the innovation activities of the scientific and technical activities. As a result of the study, the authors propose a system of regular innovation, the main characteristics of the system and the relationship with scientific and technological activities.
