Experience of the United Kingdom in modernization of system of the state small business support
Abstract
The article is devoted to the evolution of the state small business support system of the UK. Special attention is given to the analysis of a governmental program of deregulation of the small business sector, as well as to the assessment of its socio-economic efficiency. The author substantiates the necessity of adapting the UK experience for the Russian Federation in the centralization of strategic management of small businesses, the creation of an institute for evaluating the effectiveness of state programs supporting small businesses, and the deregulation of the SME sector.
