The economic essence of the economic acquisition of the organization

Abstract

In the scientific article the author has explored approaches to the definition of the concepts of «hostile takeover» and «raiding», on the basis of which the author’s interpretation of the concept of hostile takeover based on exclusively financial motives of this phenomenon is proposed. The author identified the main characteristics of the phenomena studied, considers the main ways of their implementation, which made it possible to conclude that it is impossible to equate them and the need to improve the current legislation in the sphere of the economy.
