Innovations in regulation of the Russian economy

Abstract

The article is devoted to innovations and their researches. Authors come to conclusion that all «new» is expedient to investigate and improve, as well as earlier existing laws, institutes, economic processes, not only from a position of possibilities and prospects, but also, from a position of their utility and efficiency for economy growth. With a view of definition of a similar estimation it is offered to apply such indicator as «coefficient of Useful Action of Institute», that is «coefficient of useful action» of each institute, as certain category of development of economy (branches, communications, technologies, services, investments, laws, management), which is allowing to build and modernize governmental economy, taking into account modern requirements and tasks. Authors proposed useful innovation measures in the regulation of economy in Russia.
