Abstract

In article the analysis of economic potential of the food market is carried out. The entity and components of the market of agrofood sector are considered. An assessment of a status and level of support of the population with a food in the Bryansk region is given. The region role in a policy of import substitution is defined. Priorities of functioning of the market of a food in the modern conditions of managing are justified. Mechanisms of regulation of development of the food market at the regional level are revealed.
