Criteria for competitive oil and gas cluster

Abstract

A new approach to identifying and assessing the competitiveness of industrial clusters, in particular oil and gas clusters, based on system-integration theory is proposed. Some theoretical aspects of strategic competitiveness in the formation of the knowledge economy are obtained. The concept of design of an industrial cluster is refined.
