Abstract

This article presents the analysis of the functioning of the foreign companies involved in the retail system. Authors revealed the problems and prospects of development of the financial retail business on the basis of infrastructure and innovation support. The advantages and disadvantages of different approaches of the ensuring financial stability and the effective management of financial flows.
