Abstract

The article is dedicated to the problem of transaction costs in the public enterprise, which is due to the institutional structure of society, the nature of economic relations in Russia in the midst of market transformation. The emphasis in the analysis is made on the transactions related to public order. The role of the economic analysis of legal norms in terms of reducing transaction costs is stressed.
