Abstract

The article examines the institutional aspects of the development of human capital and quality of life. The authors proposed the scheme of mutual influence institutes of quality of life and human capital. The author systematized the institutional environment factors that are most relevant for the formation of human capital, corresponding to development trends of the modern economy.
