Comparative analysis of efficiency of health systems of the countries of the world economics

Abstract

The article describes the basic models of health systems in the world, presents the advantages, disadvantages and applications of each model. Based on the analysis of effective practices of health systems of the leading countries of the world, as well as countries that are now in various stages of reform of medical sphere, defines the principles, the use of which will form an optimal health system in Russia, taking into account the historical background and the specific development of demographic and social processes.
