The applications of innovation management tools in the process of regional development in the modern Russian economy

Abstract

In the article is substantiated the necessity of the use of innovative management tools in shaping the development of the Russian regions of the control system. The author defined the role of innovations in the translational macroeconomic dynamics, as well as determined the key problems of formation and realization of innovation development strategy for regional structures. In this article the particular attention is paid to the formation of growth points in the regional economic space with the use of cluster initiatives.
