The principles of target model development of sustainable growth management in public utilities sector

Abstract

The author in the article formulated the interpretations of the essence of the concepts of «economic sustainability of public utilities sector» and «sustainable development utilities enterprise», formalized the composition and overall structure of the innovation potential and its characteristics. The author has considered the new strategy, involving the formation and implementation of a complex of organizational and technical measures that enable the enterprise in a given planning period to reach the target indicators, while maintaining the standard of quality and reliability of public utilities services companies on the basis of the government regulation.
