Information and communication factors as a driving force of logistics in Russia and abroad

Abstract

In the article the authors meaningfully described the main stages of logistics development, identified the determining the factor of formation of logistics at the present stage, analyzed the indices of development of logistics and technology in the world, that allowed the authors to conclude that the necessity the additionally to estimate with the index level of logistics development indicators of the development of information and communication technologies for a more objective and comprehensive assessment.
