Abstract

In article presented theoretical aspects of control instruments of development of small business, given the analysis of the standard and legal base, determined problems of development of small business in the conditions of institutional transformations. In the article is competitively analyzed the activities of small businesses. Author defined measures of the state support and the actual directions of development of small business enterprises.
