Cluster policy in the formation of innovation economy (review of the monograph of O. S. Peskova, T. D. Ungurayte, S. I. Matushchenko "Cluster policy as an instrument for entrepreneurial activities")
Abstract
This review is devoted to the publication of the monograph «Cluster policy as a tool for the formation of entrepreneurial activity» by the authors Peskova O. S., Ungurayte T. D., Matyushchenko S. I., which reveals the economic nature of enterprise clusters. Real clusters of companies have integrated structures composed of legally independent firms that do not have market power, where there is joint management of assets without control over the property. The text of the monograph combines theoretical study of the problems identified cluster formation in Russia and the practical orientation of the processes of clustering in domestic and foreign economic systems.
