The information model of the balanced scorecard based on domain ontology

Abstract

Existing software tools for the automation of build processes and calculation of the balanced scorecard (BSC) are modules of large expensive integrated information systems, which limits their use in small and medium business. In this paper, author proposed a new approach to the development of information model of a balanced scorecard that focuses on further implementation and development of the multifunctional information management system for controlling based on ontology.
