Prospects and innovative mechanisms of customs regulation of foreign economic activity of Russia (on the example of Krasnodar area)

Abstract

In the article are determined the prospects of customs regulation of foreign economic activities by the means of innovative mechanisms of transferring of commodity streams and the capitals through country territory border. Authors offer a number of organizational measures in the field of regulation areas of the external foreign economic processes by the legislative and executive authorizes, including the development of cross-border trade and distant control system of transport complex of Krasnodar area.
