Directions of improving the mechanism of financing the institutions in the conditions of budget expenditure effeciency
Abstract
In article is analyzed the procedure for granting of the budgetary resources to the institutes of development from the point of view of the budgetary efficiency. Authors of the article offered the recommendations in the sphere of the organization of the evidence-based system of the budgetary financing of institutes of development on the basis of model of life cycle of an innovative product. This system will allow to carry out the long-term planning of innovative activities and provide the sufficient combination of the sources of financing (except the governmental financing) for institutes of development.
