Organizational and economic development of organizational programming complex of Russia relying on integrated information and computing support of life cycle of scientific and technical products

Abstract

The problems of formation of a universal institutional mechanism of organizational and economic development of programming Russian defense industry, which is organically linked to the organizational structure of business units, the regulatory framework and information systems. It is proposed alignment in the Russian defense industry (in the future - in the framework of the EAEC) general information technology circuit that allows to provide integrated information-processing life cycle support of scientific and technical products.
