Innovation and alternatives in the modern economy

Abstract

The economy of advanced countries in the modern world is based on a combination of new and traditional types of management organization. Innovative development and the correct choice of alternatives determine national business success. Success in today’s economy is predetermined by the international historical and economic specialization of a country, the assortment of national products (goods and/or services) defined by national competitions of best products, and the mentality of the business community. Climatic, demographic, territorial and other factors contribute to the choice of the optimal path by the ruling groups of the national elite. Based on an analysis of world experience in innovations and alternatives, an option for the Russian economy is proposed.
