New institutes of regulation of foreign trade activities of innovative economy of Russia: theory and practice

Abstract

In the article new institutes of regulation of foreign trade activities of the innovative economy of Russia are presented. With a view of expansion and perfection of foreign trade activities in Russia, the authors offer a number of institutional transformations and functional additions in the field of regulation of external economic processes by legislative and executive authorities, governmental and non-governmental organizations at the regional level. Functions of activity of new institutes in the internal and external environment, as well as in interaction among themselves, are developed and shown, which allows ample opportunities to rationally and effectively use time, resources and achievements of the regional economy of Russia.
