Methodical aspects of indicative evaluation of effectiveness innovation system
Abstract
Methods of assessing the effectiveness of the innovation system includes a wide range of tools of indicative analysis in which resulted as a territorial rating formulated innovative development. This article presents the advantages and disadvantages of this theoretical and practical approach in the context of identifying the determinants of innovative activity and to provide control of the innovation process.
