New integrated structures as innovative forms of development of Russian economy: theory and practice
Abstract
Investigating the reasons for the decrease in the rates of economic development and the weak competitiveness of Russian goods in foreign markets, the authors come to the conclusion that, in order to strengthen modernization processes in industrial and agricultural production, it is necessary to intensify the interaction of financial and industrial spheres at all levels of functioning, up to their merger. The authors propose a new integrated structure — the “National Holding Association”, which corresponds to legal and economic norms and the requirements of a modern diversified association, whose prospective activities will make a valuable contribution to the innovative development of the Russian economy.
