Estimation of the enterprises value in the mechanism of regional management

Abstract

In the conditions of fi nancial crisis the perfection of methods and tools of a regional management by means of financial improvement of real sector of economy is the special urgency. In this article it is proved the emergency to make the monitoring of estimation of the enterprises value as an indicator of this process efficiency. The authors come to the conclusion that such approach minimizes some risks of investment into restructuring projects of financially unstable enterprises.
