Abstract

Industry for any country is the litmus test that determines the present and long-term economic development of her. In this article we attempted to diagnose the state of modern industry in Russia, showing domestic features and complexity of its operation in transient conditions of market economic relations and highlight the most promising ways of development of the Russian industrial policy.
