Public-private partnerships as a basis for the development of an innovative economy in the South of Russia
Abstract
The article reveals the peculiarities of formation of the mechanism of public-private partnership in the innovation sphere. Authors indicate that the implementation of public-private cooperation in the innovation sphere provides for obligatory participation of science and education in the realization of innovative projects. The features of formation of public-private partnership in the economy of the South of Russia on the basis of a cluster approach are identified.
