Product and services quality control in the fragmented technological chains

Abstract

Nowadays business enters a new stage of innovative activity, when sources of innovative capacity of a company are beyond its limits. The article examines the experience of transition to open innovations and phenomena related to fragmentation processes and provides an example of chain fragmentation in the power mechanical engineering industry. The role of self-regulating organizations in the system of standardization and technical regulation of the industry is analyzed, and a conclusion is drawn about the possibility of delegating state functions to them.
