				<p>Большинство исследователей теории бизнес-сетей уделяют внимание в основном деловым сетям на уровне фирмы. За рамками данных исследований остаются проблемы влияния личных деловых контактов предпринимателей на формирование нового типа бизнес-сетей. В современном бизнесе уже не является феноменом тот факт, что множество людей используют новые возможности через собственные личные сети. В данной статье авторы предприняли попытку определить преимущества и перспективы развития этого нового типа предпринимательских сетей.</p>

			<abstract xml:lang="en">
				<p>Most theorists of business networks are paying attention mainly to business networks at the firm level. These studies leave aside the problems of the influence of entrepreneurs’ personal business contacts on the formation of a new type of business networks. In today’s business world it is no longer a phenomenon that many people use new capabilities through their own personal networks. In this paper, the authors attempted to determine the advantages and prospects of development of this new type of enterprise networks.</p>
