В последнее время в России отрицательное значение приняли рождаемость, продолжительность жизни, сокращается финансирование медицины государством. Авторы пришли к выводу, что самым ярким нововведением стало разрешение использовать платные услуги в бюджетных медицинских учреждениях и предположили, что в дальнейшем их количество будет значительно увеличиваться. Но проведенный соцопрос выявил, что не все граждане готовы к тому, что здравоохранение станет полностью платным.
One of the most accurate indicators of socio-economic development of the state is health. Not long ago Russia adopted a negative birth rate and life expectancy, as well as reducing the possibility of financing the state of medicine. In this article is discussed the problem of the impact of innovations on the cost of services of medical institutions and the Russian population. After reviewing the public health care system in Russia, the authors concluded that the most striking innovation is the permission to use paid services in budget health facilities and suggested their significant rise in the future.
