Цель исследования состоит в научном осмыслении формирования специальных зон с высоким уровнем внешнеэкономического потенциала. Выделены условия локализации транснациональных корпораций в таких зонах, а также факторы устойчивой интеграции национальных компаний в глобальные цепочки стоимости. На основе изучения зарубежного опыта функционирования национальных и трансграничных типов специальных зон с высоким внешнеэкономическим потенциалом выделены ключевые особенности стратегий их развития.
The article provides a theoretical substantiation of the formation and development of special zones with high foreign economic potential. The conditions under which transnational corporations localize their activities in such zones are examined, as well as the factors that facilitate the sustainable integration of national companies into global value chains. On the basis of international experience in managing national and cross-border zones, the study identifies the key features of their development strategies, including macroeconomic, infrastructural, cooperative, and technological determinants.
