Статья посвящена проблемам дальнейшего развития внешнеторгового сотрудничества России и Ирака, основой которого, прежде всего, является достаточный уровень развитости внешнеторгового потенциала стран. В связи с этим основное внимание в исследовании было уделено состоянию развитости внешнеторгового потенциала Ирака, так как сложившаяся в настоящее время экономическая нестабильность его развития формирует значительные риски и проблемы, требующие дальнейшего совершенствования инструментов регулирования сотрудничества стран.

The article is devoted to the problems of further development of foreign trade cooperation between Russia and Iraq, the basis of which, first of all, is the sufficient level of development of the foreign trade potential of the countries. In this connection the main attention in the study has been given to the state of development of the foreign trade potential of Iraq, as the current economic instability of its development form considerable risks and problems, which require further improvement of regulation instruments of the cooperation between the countries.
