В статье освещаются тенденции изменения рынка труда и особенности занятости населения под влиянием такого фактора, как цифровизация, которая в свою очередь интенсифицировалась в период пандемии 2020 г. Показано, как внедрение современных цифровых технологий воздействует на изменение спроса и предложения рабочих мест, форм трудовой занятости, безработицу и прочее, формируя новое современное состояние рынка труда. Определены круг проблем и вектор для дальнейших исследований в указанной области.

The article highlights the trends in the labor market and the peculiarities of employment under the influence of such a factor as digitalization, which, in turn, has intensified during the 2020 pandemic. It is shown how the introduction of modern digital technologies affects the change in the jobs supply and demand, forms of employment, unemployment, etc., forming a new modern state of the labor market. A range of problems and a direction for further research in this area are determined.
