В статье приводятся выборочные показатели, характеризующие эффективность реализации действующих в России государственных программ и стратегий развития, в частности, рассмотрены такие документы, как Стратегия инновационного развития РФ до 2020 г., Подпрограмма «Развитие малого и среднего предпринимательства», Госпрограмма РФ «Развитие промышленности и повышение ее конкурентоспособности». На основании проведенного анализа указаны специфические черты и факторы, препятствующие успешной реализации стратегического курса развития экономики страны в контексте планирования и целеполагания.

The article provides selected indicators characterizing the effectiveness of the implementation of valid state programs and development strategies in Russia. The author reviewed following documents: the Strategy for Innovative Development of the Russian Federation until 2020, the Subprogramme “Development of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship”, the State Program of the Russian Federation “Industrial Development and increasing its competitiveness”. The features and problems that prevent the successful implementation of the strategic course of country’s economy development in the context of planning and goal-setting are indicated.
