Для укрепления национальной экономики и усиления влияния России на мировое экономическое пространство государством было принято решение перевести страну с экспортно-сырьевой ориентации на инновационный путь развития. В процессе этого перехода наша страна столкнулась с множеством проблем, связанных с неразвитостью инновационной инфраструктуры. В статье выявляются основные составляющие инновационной инфраструктуры, обосновывается необходимость их развития в России, показывается неэффективность функционирования некоторых подсистем. Авторы приходят к выводу, что для создания инновационной экономики в стране необходимо сначала сформировать адекватную инновационную инфраструктуру.

To strengthen the national economy and increase Russia’s influence in the global economic environment, the state decided to redirect the country from an export-oriented raw-materials model to an innovative development path. During this transition, Russia has faced many problems related to the underdevelopment of innovative infrastructure. The article identifies the main components of innovative infrastructure, substantiates the necessity of their development in Russia, and demonstrates the inefficiency of the functioning of certain subsystems. The authors conclude that to create an innovative economy in the country, it is first necessary to develop an adequate innovative infrastructure.
