В настоящее время экономика России находится в достаточно сложном положении. С одной стороны, можно с уверенностью утверждать, что рецессия 2014–2016 гг. преодолена и страна вышла на траекторию уверенного роста. С другой стороны, складывается устойчивое понимание, что старая модель экономического роста, основанная на увеличении цен на сырьевые товары и как следствие роста экспортной выручки фактически не работает. Поэтому в современных условиях становится просто необходимым переход к новой модели экономического роста.

At present, the Russian economy is in a rather difficult situation. On the one hand, it can be confidently asserted that the recession of 2014–2016 overcame and the country has entered the trajectory of confident growth. On the other hand, there is a stable understanding that the old model of economic growth, based on the increase in commodity prices and as a consequence of the growth in export earnings, does not actually work. Therefore, in modern conditions, it is simply necessary to move to a new model of economic growth.
