В статье рассматриваются методологические подходы к оценке объектов интеллектуальной собственности, определяется экономическое содержание стоимости объектов интеллектуальной собственности, направления оценочной деятельности. Выявлены и систематизированы факторы, влияющие на стоимость объекта интеллектуальной собственности, определено, что процесс управления объектами интеллектуальной собственности требует качества управления процессами самой процедуры оценки объектов интеллектуальной собственности.

In the scientific article, methodological approaches to the evaluation of intellectual property objects are considered, the economic content of the value of intellectual property objects, and the direction of valuation activities are determined. The author has identified and systematized the factors influencing the value of the object of intellectual property, it is determined that the process of management of intellectual property objects requires the quality of management of the processes of the evaluation procedure of intellectual property objects.
