В статье анализируются существующие в зарубежной практике методические подходы к бюджетированию в муниципальных образовательных учреждениях, их преимущества и недостатки. Выявлены особенности целеполагания образовательной деятельности, осуществляемого в рамках бюджетного процесса. Использование результатов исследования на практике будет способствовать более глубокому пониманию руководством местных администраций и образовательных учреждений современных методов бюджетирования.

The article analyzes the existing in the international practice methodological approaches to budgeting in the municipal educational institutions, their advantages and disadvantages. The features of goal-setting educational activities carried out in the framework of the budget process. The application of the results of current research to the practice will contribute to a better understanding of the leadership of local governments and educational institutions of modern budgeting techniques.
