Статья посвящена исследованию необходимых изменений в экономической политике России для вывода ее из нынешнего кризиса. Эти изменения рассматриваются в тесной связи с созданием условий для развития реальных секторов экономики. Введено понятие реиндустриализации экономики, под которым понимается экономическая политика, стимулирующая рост промышленного потенциала страны. Рассмотрены подходы ученых к определению политики реиндустриализации и сформулированы необходимые условия для практической реализации этой политики в современной российской экономике.

The article is devoted to the necessary changes in economic policy of Russia for withdrawal of its current crisis. These changes are considered in the close connection with the creation of conditions for developing the real sectors of the economy. Author introduced the concept of re-industrialization of the economy, which refers to the economic policy of stimulating the growth of the country’s industrial potential. The article shows the scientists’ visions to the reindustrialization policy definition, as well as sets up the necessary conditions for the practical implementation of the policy in the modern Russian economy.
