В статье характеризуется обеспеченность ЮФО номерным фондом. Показывается необходимость развития гостиничного бизнеса в отдельных городах Юга РФ. Обосновывается необходимость использования международного франчайзинга как инструмента развития гостиничной индустрии в регионе. На основе характеристики роли международных операторов на гостиничном рынке ЮФО делается вывод о пока еще недоиспользовании потенциала международного франчайзинга в развитии рынка гостиничной недвижимости Южного региона.
The article characterizes the provision of hotel rooms in the Southern Federal District. The necessity of developing the hotel business in certain southern cities of Russia is shown. The necessity of using international franchising as a tool for the development of the hotel industry in the region is substantiated. Based on the analysis of the role of international operators in the hotel market of the Southern Federal District, a conclusion is made about the still insufficient use of the potential of international franchising in the development of the regional hotel real estate market.
